The assessments below are research-grade personality instruments, the same tools used in peer-reviewed studies, adapted for executive contexts. They are not pop-psychology quizzes. They measure stable personality traits with documented predictive validity for leadership behavior, decision-making style, and organizational outcomes.

The HEXACO Personality Inventory measures six fundamental dimensions of personality: Honesty-Humility, Emotionality, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, and Openness to Experience. Unlike the more familiar Big Five, the HEXACO model includes Honesty-Humility as a distinct dimension, the single strongest predictor of ethical leadership, manipulation, and self-serving decision-making at the executive level.
The 100-item assessment takes 15 to 20 minutes and produces scores benchmarked against a normative sample of over 100,000 adults (Lee & Ashton, 2018).

The Short Dark Triad measures three personality traits that operate below the surface of professional composure: Machiavellianism, narcissism, and psychopathy. These are not clinical diagnoses. They are dimensional traits present in everyone, and at moderate levels, several are associated with executive effectiveness. The question is not whether these traits are present, but how they interact with each other and with the demands of the role. Dimensional measurement allows us to map the full range without forcing categorical labels that distort clinical context.
The 27-item assessment takes 5 to 7 minutes and maps your profile against published population norms (Jones & Paulhus, 2014). At moderate elevations, each trait predicts a specific cluster of leadership behaviors: Machiavellianism predicts political acumen and stakeholder positioning, narcissism predicts visible conviction and pitching effectiveness, psychopathy predicts comfort with high-stakes decisions under ambiguity.
