Where strategy meets behavioral science.
I created LeaderRise™ to help organisations stop penalising the very qualities that make leaders effective under pressure.
A method built for you — and for what comes next.
I refine your decision making — not by fixing deficiencies, but by sharpening judgment under pressure. Leaders invite me in when complexity has outpaced clarity, they need a neutral lens to challenge assumptions, and the stakes are too high for instinct alone.
My method blends behavioral science with strategy to co‑discover your context, translate research into practical tools, and build your capacity to make clear, confident decisions long after our work together.

Empowerment, Not Dependency.
My work starts by co‑discovering how you think, where you hesitate, and what the real pressures are. I then refine those reflexes with you so they hold up when conditions are volatile. Clear thinking under pressure, disciplined decision routines and alignment between psychology and strategy become habits you can draw on at will. My goal isn’t to create dependence; it’s to leave you with an inner advisor you can trust.
Thinking Fast and Slow, on Your Terms.
Nobel laureate Daniel Kahneman described two systems in the mind: a fast, automatic system (“System 1”) that governs most of our reactions, and a slower, more deliberate system (“System 2”) that handles complex problems. System 1 is efficient but can misfire under pressure; System 2 is a coach that brings clarity when instinct alone won’t suffice. My work sits at that intersection. I help you sharpen your System 1 so it’s less prone to bias and teach you to intentionally engage System 2 when the stakes demand it. Over time, switching gears becomes second nature — you gain the ability to make cleaner decisions whether you’re running a public company, joining a new board or leading a nonprofit.
